Sri Consulting Expands Lease In Four Greenspoint Plaza

Hines, the international real estate firm, announced today that SRI Consulting has expanded its lease in Four Greenspoint Plaza by 5,944 square feet, bringing their total leased space on the premises to 9,602 square feet.

SRI Consulting, a consulting firm for chemical, energy, health care, financial services, and information technology companies, was represented in lease negotiations by Don J. Robertson, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of their firm. M. Joseph McCluan, director of leasing for Hines, represented Greenspoint Plaza Limited Partnership, the landlord, in the transaction.

Located at 16945 Northchase Drive in North Houston, Four Greenspoint is a 23-story, 410,569-square-foot office building. With the signing of this lease, the property is presently 98.6% leased.
